Feel like I'm on the run. Got to get home and sleep.

Wednesday rocks. Got a sweet haircut and tried a new recipe for dinner. Tomorrow calls for some post office-ing and a bit of yardwork. How is anyone who cares to respond? What did you get up to on Wednesday? Anyone using google+?

So nice to be back. I so missed all the cool cool cats on SG. I come back a homeowner and twice canine adoptee. Pictures to come!

Had to go out of town unexpectedly. So nice to be home in sunny Phoenix. Hope all my SG buddies are well

I've been cleaning like crazy today. Throwing out so much junk I've accumulated over the past few years. Feels good. Cleaning is always easier with a good swinging tune.

Right now I'm listening to one of my Pat Suzuki records. That girl can totally swing. She was discovered by Bing Crosby in a small Seattle club and seems to be picking up in popularity again after a few decades of obscurity.

The first record that pops up in the montage was the first record my grandparents bought as a couple back when High Fidelity was king. They gifted it to my collection for my birthday a few years ago.

Long day, feeling a bit melancholy. Insomnia how you love to visit me.

Today has been a good day. I spent the afternoon fooling around on the guitar and smiling a bunch. There's lots of love out there. I'm just trying to soak it all in.
We've cut way back on our spending this year and it's very liberating taking enjoyment from the things that are free.
