Back from the bay area food tour with the bord bia (irish food board).
It was the craic.
I really wish I was better at taking more photos. I take one and am pretty much done after that.
Bad habit.
I stayed at the effing Claremont Hotel. It was amazing, by far the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The spa was soooo good. The hotel did, however, remind me of the hotel from -the shining-, so i was a little tripped out at first.

Stayed in Napa. The town is a lot smaller than I thought it would be.
The Green Door is a cool spot.
Stayed at the cavallo point lodge in sasaulito.
So effing nice. I'm going back here. you can take a bath in a tub that over look the whole city.
I'm back in the city and sick. The soaking rain for a week has done me in something vicious.
Or maybe it was the constant drinking.... or both.

Got this super sweet gig starting today.
This group of 24 Irish foodies doing a restaurantour of the Bay Area. All I have to do is drive the luggage from the airport to the hotel, then hotel hotel hotel, and back to the airport. Not only do I get paid to be a bagman, I also get to go to some of the food events and stay at some nice nice hotels. It's extra super because I won't need to drive after 5 this afternoon, and this goes until monday, meaning I can work my normal bartending gig.
It's like a free little vacation in my home, Berkley, Napa, and Sausalito, I'm actually gonna bring my camera somewhere this time and get some photos.
