i just realized i have lower back fat dimples...its upsetting

so ive been sick for a while now...and it all came out yesterday....literally....half of the time i didnt even make it to the bathroom before i blew chuncks....and i havnt even been drinking....that upsets me....throwing up without the fun drunk memories of the night before....
