Hey cats and kittens,
I was just watching that CG cartoon The Incredibles last night & y'know what? theres a character in there, they call her Mirage, that reminded me so much of Manko that I had to stop and reply every time she came on screen.
Check it out. Sure her accent is wrong, the eyes are brown, she's tanned and the nose is a bit Wacko Jacko but the proportions, the mannerisms and expressions are pure Manko (even she recognised them!).
I dunno what happened to Mirage as we ended up getting freaky on the sofa and missing the finale.
Come to think of it the new Catwoman in The Batman cartoon is a bit familiar looking too.... could it be that the people who make Superhero cartoons are the same kinda geeks who log on to SG?...comic fans=geeks... nah that can't be it, everyone knows comic fans are out-going, elegant sophisticates like yours truly, they wouldn't be sat in front of a computer screen all day doing their character reference would they now?
