well what a long odd day and it's not over yet for me. had to deal with a pissed off customer at the store. they said they wont be back, that's a good thing cause most off us were tired of your shit. getting ready to fire up the plow truck to plow up this fluffy snow we're getting. going to be a loooong night. then i get to spend the rest of the year doing inventory. yippie! is it 2013 yet?!
