so im running on the treadmill and inspiration hit me like a sack o potatoes..........next two months=15-20 lbs of muscle. think i can do it?!........................if you said no then you can insert foot into mouth after 2 months!!!!! so it begins. here are the before pics.................*in two months the after pics lol*
