Okay.

Today sucked.

I'm doing laundry at the laundromat. (I live at home and have to go to laundromat some times. I get chewed out if I do laundry.)

I'm watching Oprah at first. Everyone gets make overs. Put things in the dryers. Sit down, Oprah is over and the news comes on. One of the stories is about a mail package that was lost internationally. For one year.

This stirs something in me.

I text one of my friends, who I mailed a valentines package to in February, did she get the package? I was just being paranoid. I sent it overnight, I got the email delivery confirm. And then I waited.

And waited. I asked her is she got it but she didn't have a phone or computer. So no answer.

I trust the postal service. Until I do laundry at the moment they have that news segment.

So I text her, "I know this is slowpoke slow, but did you ever get that thing I sent your around valentines day? I know I'm just being paranoid."

But I get the text "No."

And then I try to confirm with her that she did not receive what I sent.

So now my day tomorrow will have two things: Get the post office to confirm whether they did or did not get the package there (after I've lost all the stuff that would help me figure this out) and not tear my hair out.

Yeah, this don't look good.

Shouldn't get too drunk tonight but I bought Peach Schnapps and in the process of getting cranberry juice to go with the bottle of jagermeister I've had sitting around. I think I'll mix them in a flask for graduation. two points to the first person that tells me what I'm making. Don't know if it will work but here's to trying.
