I connected the propane tanks today, and ran gas through all the lines. I sprayed them all with soapy water, and didn't see any bubbles.

The bad news is that I couldn't get the heater or the stove to light. I've gotten the heater to light once before, but nothing today... So it looks like I might have to sit out there, and tinker with it for a while. I saw the tiniest little spark when I hit the ignite button, but it doesn't actually light. I'm not sure what the issue would be...

The stove on the other hand doesn't even seem to have an ignite button... Am I supposed to light it with a match? That seems risky... I'll have to look that one up here in a moment...

I'm think I'm going to be couch surfing for a bit of time here, while I try to get my home into livable condition... I am so tempted to drive it out to my Dad's house, and park it there for the rest of the winter, and spring, just so I'm not trying to learn how to do all these things on my own. But I have to be able to heat it to do that, because I'd be living in it if I went out there. Decisions decisions...
