thanks for your comment. I haven't started physical therapy yet, and probably wont start until mid December. They tightened ligaments and moved my kneecap. Apparently doctors prefer ligament-muscle related surgeries to spend a lot of time laid up, minimal movement, lots of elevation. it's very trying on my patience.
