I just got out of a meeting with the IT department. For some reason, everyone kept pronouncing the word, “laptop,” as “laBtop.” After a few minutes, I said, “Dude. That’s really annoying. Why do you guys keep saying it like that? It’s not ‘labtop,’ it’s ‘laPtop.’” As I walked away, I heard one of them say, “Sheesh. Jorge’s grumpy today.” Then the other one said, “Yeah, it must be past his nabtime.”
