Tackle defenses, guillotine chokes and takedowns, light minimal padwork and light timed sparring. Not much else for training tonight. Went to the gym afterwards, did the recumbnant bike with my friend I'm traing for 30 minutes. I've decided we'll ride actual bikes to where I train a good 2 miles easy and back to the gym and then to my house so a good 5 miles easy each tiem he trains with me. This way we don't have to reserve cardio bikes, we'll getr mroe time for weightlifting etc. I'll give teh scoop on how it works. Wednsday. Peace and Love all.
