I'm a little on the shy side and its hard for me to put myself out there to meet new people but I really need to add to my social support.

Well I'm having a bad day and just don't know how to get over it. My sister is trying to give me insightful advice but she just doesn't get it. I honestly don't know if anyone gets it and that is why I am feeling so alone ....

I went swimming today in our outdoor pool at the apartment complex. WOW ... it felt so good. Who would of thought I could have gone swimming outdoors in the middle of September?!?!

Well this is my first blog on SG since I have been on here (been on for about a year now). Life is really shitty right now and I just really don't know how to move on from all the shit that is coming my way. I really have no friends in my life and no one I can turn too.
If there is anyone out there that has any advice or would like to being a friendship. I would love to hear from you.
