hello new friend!

I have mixed feelings about powerlines in photos. They ruin the Kodak moments, and keep us just that much further from the illusion of a pristine environment. But they also make such bold, visible statements about the times in which we live, that I feel like I have to include them in my photos. I feel like I'm lying if I make an effort to exclude them. I guess they'll all eventually be underground anyway.
