Well not that anyone reads my blogs, but anyway....
I have one, and only one real Xmas wish, and that is that somebody, anybody gift me a renewal of my SG account. I am so broke I can't afford food or smokes, let alone another $48 to renew my SG account. I will be expired on December 16th. After that I will be too broke to renew, and therefore not coming back. I'll be sure to say my good byes in chatters. If only I could get paid for my banner work and stuff. LOL. Oh well, farewell all. I'll try to come back when it's feasible until then I bid you all happy holidays and whatnot. Laters.

Oooooo ooooooo, Look what I did guys! I got bored and my ex-wife just did two new photo shoots so I played around a bit with her pics in Photoshop and Flash. Just a little something to help her show off a bit. A nice little signature block for posting in web forums etc. Let me know what you guys think about my work playing with the colors etc, and how I put it together. Oh and before anyone says anything I know the overall .GIF quality isn't great but I still can't figure that out, besides I wanted to keep the file size to a minimum.

Well, I hooked up the ex with a friend on here, and she got 2 photo sets done this past weekend. I was really impressed with how they came out too. The outdoor shots were totally amazing. Hell, I myself am now planning to get a set done with this photographer when I move out there again next year for the Navy. Well today I am planning to go out with my buddy who is home on leave, and then making some money later this afternoon. I've pretty much given up all hope of going home for Christmas. No point really, why waste the money? Now the only matter is convincing my friends here that I need o leave before Christmas. I'd feel bad to play their lack of knowledge about the military against them and say "They said I have to leave before Christmas" but long story short, I hate Christmas. The season just makes me depressed because I have a lot of great, and a few terrible memories associated with the holiday. The last time I ever saw my first betrothed before she cheated on me while in Iraq was during Christmas. When I got in trouble while in the Army I missed Christmas, I spent two Christmas holidays in Iraq, and last Christmas, sure I got to finally see my family after 4 years of absence but I also happened to meet my now ex-wife last Christmas. So yeah a lot of emotions tied up with the holiday season.
I'm not even gonna get into the commercialized bullshit of it either.
So yeah I'm looking to get out of here before or around Christmas and head off to the Navy. The contract I'd like would like to get would be at about a $20,000 sign on bonus (so I could pay back Dawn for the car I ruined), base of my choice (either San Diego or Great Lakes), and 6 years of service so I'd be eligible for benefits after I get out. I may be a pisces from SoCal no less, but fuck ships, and fuck the ocean. Not a big fan of that whole being isolated from society for 6 months or more thing. I already did 2 Iraq tours in the Army for goodness' sake. So yeah, hopefully I'll get my crap cleared up with the National Guard, get a release signed and go into the Navy before the new year. So yeah that's the update from me folks.

I am officially single now! The divorce was finalized this past week. So yeah I've been gone from SG for a while due to RL and other stuff. I came back to find out my now ex-wife had been saying some stuff to one of my friends here and I was pretty upset about it. I decided that if she was going to be around on here that I wouldn't be. Well long story short I talked to her about the incident, and asked her where we stood. Apparently we're "sorta friends" so I guess I won't be leaving SG after all. I figure if I'm in chat and she shows up I'll just leave if any drama starts. That should keep things civil and what not. I refuse to put any of my friends here through any more of my RL drama. From here on out I'm not telling anyone anything about my love life. I'm not cutting off the two only people I've discussed my relationship issues with though, I'm just covering my ass so I don't end up losing any more friends because they want to play favorites between me and somebody else on here. It was really sad the first time that happened and I really want to avoid that.
In other news I'm planning on going back into the military. After I spend some time with a friend who is coming home for leave soon I'll head home, see my family for Christmas and then I'm going to go and sign the dotted line for 6 years. I guess I should probably go join the military group again. Hmmm we'll see what happens. Well that's it folks, other than the fact that I started my own clothing line in Secondlife. Go me. So yeah that's the update not that anyone really cares.

Just to make it clear I recently left the military group since there seems to be a lot of thread jacking and degragation of members going on there. People don't really discuss matters there anymore, they just seem to argue and point fingers. Typical of the military though, oh well. Gonna pick up my power cord tomorrow so this weekend will be devoted to making banners! Next week I start at a new job so there'll be less time for banners but oh well. I've had some great ideas strike while away from my laptop so maybe it'll help.

In case you some how forgot today marks the 6 year mark. Six years ago our nation was aattacked and thousands of innocent civilians died. In case you forgot there are still thousands of men and woman bringing the fight to the enemies of this great nation. In case you forgot people are dying every single day. Bin Laden has released a new tape taunting our nation praising the hijackers that did this country such great harm. I an of the opinion that the guy has been dead for a while. The point is I'd like those of you out there to take a moment to remember the thousands of American lives that have been lost since 9/11. We need to keep fighting this war in order to win this in the long run. Our country is still at great risk, the only reason we have not faced new attacks is because those against us know that by not acting against us on our own soil we will tear each other apart over this issue until the American people give up on Iraq. Remember united we stand, divided we fall. You can't support the troops and not support the war. It just doesn't make sense.
