yar!it's been a long week, and i'm looking at an even longer week/rest of the month approaching...gawd, retail...hopefully this will be the las holiday i spend up to my ass in it.

-got a wedding coming up, my brother's to be more specific. it's funny that i am more looking forward to it being over than it getting here. know what i mean? it quite possibly could be a day of absolute misery (but at least i won't be alone AND i'll look sexy as hell!!!)
-just about done with my xmas shopping. it wasn't a bank-breaking year for anyone, because the bank is already broke. i really tried to put some thought into what everyone would really want and enjoy on such a little little little tiny budget. i think i did pretty well, and if they don't like what i got....more for me.
-there are xmas lights blinking out my window right now, and i'm not complaining.
-there is a skeleton wrapped in xmas lights hanging from my porch right now, and i'm bragging!
-already some good shows being planned for next year...converge/mastodon. sasquatch. heavyheavylowlow/fear before the march of flames, flogging molly, and antiflag!!!woohoo!!!

-currently eating triskits and cheese.
-my brother mark and his wife lauren had their wedding reception a little bit back, but i don't think i mentioned it. a ton of family came down from PA and up from FL for it as well as people from my mom's church and my brother's car club. this entire shindig took place in the basement of some awesome old historical house in virginia beach. the night was filled with entirely the right amount of drinking, dancing, cake, surprise toasts, and fun for all!!! check out the photos below.
-thanks to spiderlimbs, i have reopened my wow account (Dragutrais on Anvilmar). I haven't played a nightelf since i first ever started playing, and am actually having a good time running around and questing again. of course the most fun has been when all three of us flatmates have run around together....oh shit...nhit...neit....nert.....nerd!!!
-currently listening to kid a.
-saw III in one sentence. Saw three had enough blood and guts to keep me interested, but compared to the other two, and other recent horror film releases, sucked big fat donkey dick.
-the holidays are coming up, and i am semi-excited for them. i don't know why...perhaps a bit of blind-optimism...because i can't help it. but i really dislike the last two months of the year. it probably stems from working retail for so long....maybe this year, i'll make it my last.....in retail....you know what i mean......
-i have watched three episodes of macgyver in the last day. i think there will be more to come tonight. i am becoming more and more convinced that it may have been one of the best shows on tv (ever?) ...and one of my favorites of all time. they should have made movies!!!
