I don't know if anybody remembers the Atlantic bar from the early '90s? I used to go there on a Monday night before going to the Gardening Club, that was back in '92 / '93. Anyway, here are a couple of pictures as it is now, a building site. And a picture from Visions Video Bar at Dalston Junction.
I just spent a Friday night sitting at home listening to Dan Le Sac Vs Scrubious Pip (on loop), drinking a couple of bottles of cheap Merlot while browsing Fatality sets. I enjoyed it frankly.
So I heard a rumor that Coca-Cola thought it wise to leave Germany during WW2, however, to not lose the market share of the vegetable and sugar based drinks market, they invented Tango, which stayed in Germany during their absence. Well done them!
