i'm just posting something new so the old stuff isn't sitting there.

life is confusing but not treatng me too badly.

i have no patience for this journal.

i had to get throat surgery and spent the night in the hospital. then, i went to a wedding. i spent most of the weekend crying. both of those are emotionally draining things.

it was pretty awesome, actually. they still say what i have is no more than a virus that will go away on its own ... but after a week of nothing but milkshakes and yogurt (and that last day where my throat tried to seal itself up), they plugged me into an IV, fed me a quart of saline solution, steroids, and painkillers, covered me with blankets and let me sleep for six hours in a quiet room. i didn't want to go home.

i 'm also now the proud possessor of an industrial-size bottle of liquid vicodin.

going to the hospital...

apparently two guys came into my work on monday and asked for me. but, unfortunately, i wasn't there, and no one could tell me who they were.

i'm sure my mysterious friends will be back, but on the off chance that they really feel betrayed, i should say i only work tuesday through saturday nights starting at 5.

i've been getting lots of shit done. hair appointments. bills. new savings accounts. and best of all, new shoes.

I finally did a couple things I needed to and I feel much better.

I talked to my father... I called about my last tax form ... and I quit school, again, and this time I don't feel in the least bad about it. I'm going to be happy, god damn it.

Does anyone know anything about getting a job stripping in Boston? I am determined to do this.
