a quiet night in for me. downloaded a lot of 'life on the swingset' podcast but haven't listened to any yet - I was listening to it religiously for a while there but since Pete and I began the open relationship I guess I've been living it instead of listening to others who are - I feel like it would be good for me to get back into it though - so much to explore and learn about this side of our relationship. I adore having the freedom to meet, kiss, sleep with other people all the while being secure in a relationship - it's such a strange wonderful, scary, awesome feeling.
I don't have a gig this weekend!!! first time in a while! So excited! Going to go on an adventure during the day with Pete on Saturday - hopefully have some interesting photo's to pop up here from that.
Valentines day on Thursday - not that we do a whole big thing but it is an excuse to drink and get a little goo goo with each other.

Not loving being up early this morning - spent all day on bed yesterday - can't remember the last time I did that. Really can't be fucked going to work today but it has to be done 
rehearsal tonight which I am usually down for but I feel so damn exhausted today - my energy has been zapped.
Booked in on the 23rd of this month to get my photo's done so I'm a bit excited about that

Gig Thursday, gig Friday, Wedding today - woah! What a busy few days. Have had a blast!!
Played my first sober gig with Lieutenant Jam on Thursday - I was so self conscious but it actually went pretty well - by the end I was jumping around like a mad woman - it was a blast! I met some amazing new friends and got to enjoy some awesome music!
Last night's gig had some major technical difficulties - guitarists string broke, bass players bass went horribly out of tune and had to be fixed but we made it through laughing our asses off. The crowd (made up on this night of a large chunk of our friends) were fucking great - dancing and being crazy with us! ended the night with a Jasmine tea and woke up hangoverless today
Today is my first lets get a little tipsy night in a week - I had been making a habit of drinking a couple of wines a night and it was not helping my motivation to eat well and exercise so I have banned the weekly drink! Wonder how long that will last?

It's a dank dark day today, I'm on the train into work feeling rather flat. But the weekend was lovely and only 4 days of work then another gig and meeting some producer dude on Sunday - a roadtrip down to rye - hopefully it will be a good day
