It was quite a hard training day along Sensei Benny The Jet Urquidez and there still missing todays training, it has been very fun to learn techniques from other Martial Arts (he is a Kickboxing sensei, I practice Karate Shorin Ryu), the essence remain but the techniques varies, pretty cool really hehe

I think I'll be too tired to party tonight but here are some of my Blu-Ray Collection for tonight in case that happens, i'll invite a girl for some wines or whatever the night offers!
