man i miss Vermont 
i decided to torture myself and look at pics of the town i used to live in...
i used to live in the red trimmed building on the second floor... and that is the only stop light in town.
this is the village of Ludlow where i lived.
of all the places i have lived... i believe that my soul was happiest there. i never woke up stressed about the day ahead of me... cause if i did... i would just look around, smell the air and forget what was getting me down.

TROPICAL STORM!!!
yeah.... i am a storm freak. doesnt matter. Hurricane, tropical storm, tornado,lightning storm or blizzards.
i gotta be outside.... so i decided to put the storm shutters down for fun(new place, what better time to test them?). Only to find out that the guy who put them up...... he's sharp as a fucking marble. he failed to actually test what he had installed. so some of the sutters didnt have anywhere to latch them down securely. so it turned into an intense battle with the figuring means to secure them. i mean there were multiple kinds of pins, from real pins to nails or even coat hangers. COME ON!!!! we litterally were hammering and driving Tapcons(self tapping screws) with a cordless power drill. all while 60mph gusts of wind and rain were smacking us around.
but all that said, it was a fucking blast!!! i guess its the rush of it all. thats what does it for me.
storms just make you react quicker. think more efficently. i like that. your creativity is flying, ingenuity is at a higher level.
and..... i got to wear my spelunking light.

i am not really upset, more disapointed. if you cant show up, thats totally cool. but not calling at all, well, thats not cool. i do still give the benfit of the doubt that she may have had car trouble and her phone also died. but i am a logical thinker.
in the end, i cooked a really wicked dinner. i totally pimped put some salmon.... with a ginger breading and a ginger soy sauce with fried arugula. so at least i enjoyed a nice dinner and i have leftover for tomorrow at work!!!!
