Cant a kid just make a fucking pumpkin cheesecake? Seriously?
everything is going perfect, my prep work was flawless, the oven was ready, the water bath was up to temp and the crust was grounded finer than flower and sitting in the spring form pan. then all hell brakes loose.
i pour the filling into the spring form, pull the rack with the water bath out and place the cheesecake in.
then i decided to "just check" on it real quick. thank god i did... the cheap fucking spring form pan i thought i was getting a deal on, it leaks. the whole cheesecake was filling with water and there was nothing i could do but watch all my work turn into a disgusting mixture.

fuck me i really wanted that cheesecake.
