This weekend was amazing...went to Marksville Louisiana and attended a weekend long cajun cookout....200Ibs. of crawfish....fresh veggies, drank copious amount of beer and even ate a little bit of pig....and learned that I am pretty good bocce ball player, of course maybe everyone I was playin with was more taanked than me...hard to believe, I know....
Lat night went to Queens of the Stone Age...and it was OMAZING...they played their first album self titled Queens of the Stone Age, which as been re released and it IMO their best one!....completely through...then 2 encores....
Now I really need to rest and detox...my piss is startin to smell like stale hops

Woo hoo. This time Thursday the mrs and I will be on a plane headed to Louisiana. Going to a large southern style pig roast, although I we are vegetarian 
. Visiting some friends from New Orleans at some old plantation 2 hours outside Lafayette. Warm weather lots of booze and a pool at the hotel. Then when we get back Monday we are going to see Queens of the Stone Age at Fox Theater in Oakland...schweet...
The only downside is I wont be here for the Giants home opener.

i am really sick of the rain, I am tired of coming with grit between my teeth, tired of wet feet, tired of smelling like wet dogs....I want to sit outside at beer nation in the sun with my wife and drink myself into oblivion, I want to lay in tall grass with my dog and feel warm, I want to take photos of some cute girl in shorts and and tshirt at the beach, I want to go to a SF Giants game and leave with peanut shells in the cuff of my pants legs, I want to feel ass crack sweat...GOD DAMMIT I WANT SUMMER TO BE HERE ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
