Starting Physical Therapy this morning. Hopefully my back can take it this time around!

I go for my first diet weigh in on Tuesday and I'm happy to say I'm down 20lbs in four weeks. Learning to eat the amount you should versus what you want had been a big challenge. I have two more months of weigh ins before surgery. I have a long road ahead, just need to stay focused. Eyes on the prize!!

I had acupuncture today. It didn't work...
