This happened today.


I completed the race in an hour exactly. We all might have had sooner end times, but there was a 7 minute wait at one obstacle and a 15 minutes wait at another obstacle. The point is, I did it! I was super nervous while we waited to start because I've never done an athletic competition, ever.
Going up that first hill, I was a little unsure.
Finding out that first hill was just a tease for the second, much larger hill, was even more intimidating.
But it didn't stop me. I kept going.
Even after messing up my ankle on the ghetto 50 ft slip n slide.
I DID IT, MOTHER FUCKERS.
I've never been prouder of myself or physically felt stronger.
