Hey, first journal entry time.

Had my second appointment with the psychiatric nurse today to discuss the imaginary people I see. We're agreed that they're not harmful to me, and are actually beneficial to me right now in that they provide support I don't get elsewhere.

I'm going to see her again in a couple of weeks to keep check on how I'm doing (I still have the depression issue to sort out), and then I'll get an appointment with an actual psychiatrist to confirm the diagnosis.

An important thing to do was reassure Victoria that I wouldn't have to take any medication that would affect her. She's my rock, no way I'm going to medicate her out of existence! Anyway, she's more comfortable with this whole therapy/counselling thing now that she doesn't perceive it to be a threat.
