I'm baaaack! Been a crazy couple of months. Finished my AA (woooh!!), moved, been working a ton and dancing. Yes! life is good! Now i'm planning a trip to Japan....

Just finished my mid-terms! I'm pretty sure i fucking murdered them. Logic for sure, Women in U.S history i know i did well on the in-class portion, but the essay i never know until i get it back. I HATE writing papers.

So glad its over though! Going out of town this weekend. I'm really excited to relax. Have monday off from class too! woo-hoo!

I'm going to be done with classes soon which means ill have time to take and post more photo sets! i'm really really excited to get some new work up for everyone!

So! My birthday was yesterday. Pretty awesome day, if i do say so myself.

Went to class, didn't have to go to work, just got to do what i wanted all day. This included my taxes and getting a lovely dinner at one of Tom Douglas' restaurants. I had lamb two nights in a row! hows that for spoiled?

It's been a crazy few weeks! We got a pretty large snow storm that had me out of school and work for most of last week, so this week is all about playing catch up.

My lease is ending in march so i have to start thinking about moving. At this point i think im going to be moving in with some friends of mine about thirty minutes outside of the city. The commute isnt great, but they are. Ive just been going through all of my stuff and getting rid of as much as possible.

stress stress stress!

So this quarter I am taking a Women in American History class, and logic. Im really excited for both! This is my last quarter before my AA is done, and then after that I think it will be time to travel a bit. Im thinking Japan, but any suggestions are welcome!

New quarter at school which means i have internet access again! I missed you guys ;-)

So I have managed to stay healthy all quarter, and now that it's finals week i have a cold. IT FIGURES!!!! How frustrating though. I have a paper and an exam to study for in women's studies and an exam for environmental science. blah blah blah. Whatever, quarter is over this week and then im freeeeee.....until winter quarter starts. boo.

Any suggestions for what i should do over break?

Skyward Sword...

So i've started playing the new Zelda. This is a big deal for me because the original gold cartridge is the first video game I remember ever coming in contact with, I have a triforce tattoo for gods sake!

So far I am really enjoying it. I am only on the first temple so there is so much more of the game (haha..the game) to see, but my earlier trepidation about it being on the wii is waning. I still am not a huge fan of the controller set-up (im old fashioned! I want single hand held), but i think this is mostly due to my lazy stoner-ish ways. I'm sure ill get over it. Great graphics though. The fact that Link can run as opposed to rolling to get everywhere quickly is pretty sweet.

I've yet been able to name my mount (which is a bird) in this game. It needs to be named donkey. Why can I not do this? Epona was always donkey, this bird shall be donkey too!
