happy halloween


for the past few weeks while i was sick i didn't smoke any bud at all. a few days ago i smoked for the first time in about 3 weeks. and for the 2nd about 30 minutes ago. super stoned. fantastic.

so i'm laying in bed last night. get a text at like 4 in the morning. somehow at 4 in the morning Mike was able to come across 4 tickets to the Chili Peppers show tonight. i told him i didn't want to go if i had to pay full price. ever since that vomit stain of a last album i've been pretty unimpressed with them, and $55 bucks to hear a bunch of songs off an album i don't like is a bit much. no big deal i'm told. his dads wine business was given them and he didn't want them. so 4 really, really good seats came floating our way. so for the price of parking between 4 of us, i'll be going for the following reasons. 1. the mars volta are opening for them. haven't seen them yet and i hear it's next to fantastic. 2. the small hope that they will play some funky old stuff. i was digging around some recent set lists. not really holding my breathe for anything to fantastic. looks like me and my friends has been a staple. we'll see. and lastly, 3. mother fuckin John Frusciante. my goal is to only listen to him play. for my money, there aren't many better guitar players out there. he's in my top 3, no problem.

i've met two wonderful people here in the past few days. one of which loves the homestar runner. the other who loves rocko's modern life. i don't think there's a better combination out there.

somebody sent me this the other day. i sent it to a few people, but it needs to be shared with everyone. behold, the greatness.

easily the most ridiculous thing i've ever seen. it reminds me that i didn't see that Ricky Bobby movie. anyone know if it was any good?

the basketball season starts tonight. you may remember from this time last year, it just happens to be my favorite time of year. should be an interesting season. i'm really looking forward to the Cavs season. hopefully i'll be getting to a handful of games this year. i still get pissed when i think about this:


i've read all the stories about how he hated Flip Saunders and all that. and good for him for getting out of a bad situation, and making a little extra money on the side. but god damn, i just hate hate hate that the pistons are wallace-less. well, at least ben wallace-less. as far as my start of the season pick to win it all. i have no idea. how about the Cavs. that would be fun.

i'll wrap this thing up with my usual ode to nakedness. god i hope everyone dug sawas last set as much as i did. so sexy she could kill you.

so CSI:SG. i enjoyed it for the most part. actually, i think that's a lie. i really don't like that show. i never like lutenit dan, and the basketball story was kinda dumb. i just realized that the only reason i watched it was to see the SG's on it and see how that would go. and that's exactly what i did. i didn't pay a bit of attention to the bulk of the show, and pretty much only watched when the ladies were on. now, while they were on, i really liked it. i could have used more sawa, but who couldn't.

the holding hands ending was a bit much.

i have been sick as a dog for about a week now. i've been sick more this year than ever before. and i'm pretty fucking tired of it. both days off from work this week i did nothing but sit around and blow my nose. very lame.

i just realized this month is my one year anniversary on this site. happy one year to me. it's been a pretty interesting ride so far. think i'll stay on for a while longer.

i think i really need to take care of that license and insurance thing. good god i'm asking for trouble there.

it's not all bad these day. i picked up the new My Morning Jacket album today. double live album called Okonokos, and damn is it good. i also found out today that they will be back in town in december at the house of blues. tickets go on sale saturday and i will be getting myself some of those.

and in the super good news. thanks to the incredible lady in my life i now have the ability to enjoy Howard Stern again on a daily basis. Sirius radio has taken over my life. how fantastic is this shit?! and the Stern show has been fucking incredible. it's been almost a year since i've been able to listen to it on a regular basis. i almost forgot how much i enjoyed the madness.

lastly, in honor of CSI, i've spent a good part of today drooling over pictures of Zoli. wow wow wow wow WOW!

just had to get that out of the way. that girl is making a run at favorite SG. wow.

so i went to the burlesque show last night. 2 things:

the opening band, tsu shi ma mi re, was fantastic. more fun than you should ever have.

reagan is one of the tiniest people i've ever seen.

the show was pretty nice. it was the second time seeing the burlesque show. i think i liked the first time better. but i made sure to have a good time. and seeing reagan was pretty damn nice. funny story, i walked in, looked around, picked up a few stickers and finally got a deck of cards, and then wandered into the ball room. i made my way through the crowd and found a spot. probably within 30 seconds of standing there i thought to myself, "it would be sweet to bump into reagan walking around out here." easily within 5 seconds these two girls stop in front of me to watch the band on stage.
BOOM!

BAM!

i laughed out loud. like i said, reagan is a whole lot bottled in a small package. and she's even better looking in person. and she's got the best/only dinosaur tattoo i've ever seen.

enough with the fan-boy madness.

how about real life girls? my girlfriend stopped by work early this afternoon before we started getting busy. i had probably the hottest hallway make outs ever. it was really, really good. everything with her is really good right now. the official 1 month goodness was the other day.

so what else is happening? i thought the first episode of Lost was pretty bad ass. the beginning was incredible, and it looks like there is a lot getting set up for this season. really i just enjoyed having a new episode to watch. i watched all the Lost Experience video clips and all that shit. very interesting, i can't believe how much side story stuff they came up with. crazy indeed.

finally got the new Roots album. it's not possible for them to make a bad record. phenomenal stuff as always. work has been uneventful. nothing new there. got to see Jackass 2. very funny. very gay. midget penis.

if i don't get some dinner soon, innocents will suffer. time to make some spaghetti.

I hope everyone has seen the footage of the crazy asshole redneck race car driver jump feet-first into the other guys cars windshield for cutting him off. then they pushed each other around for a little bit. it is terribly entertaining.

so how is everyone?

i've been having a pretty nice time lately. since my last update i've been a busy guy. knifecrazy was in town for a few days. always a good, loud time. and i got to hang out with a band from boston, victory at sea, for a little while. good stuff there. any of you people from boston? if so, check them out. the singer sings on her tip toes.

spent a week in wisconsin with assholes from work. enough said.

friends from back home west virginia came up for a long weekend. spent the weekend at the worlds greatest thrift stores and toy stores. also went to the opie and anthony comedy tour thing. it was a pretty good time. opie and anthony are talentless hacks, but i do love some stand up comedy. there was this one guy, bill burr, who got booed for like 20 minutes straight. it was fantastic. i've never seen anything like that, it was fun to see how he reacted. completely thrown off his game plan, he stood up there for 20 minutes and just talked shit about the crowd. very entertaining.

last night was what i'd been waiting for all month. tool concert rocked my face off. great fucking show. 4th time seeing them, and easily the best. the stage show was fantastic, and they sounded amazing. it seems like maynards voice has weakened just a little bit over the years, but it was still awesome. the stuff off the new album was really good. i hate to sound like a radiohead fruitloop here, but when they played wings for marie/10,000 days i thought i had a small out of body experience. everyone go see tool!

so since i've been back in working computerland, there has been only 1 set that has slapped me in the face and kept me up at night. but holy hell i'm glad not have have missed this.

8 days till new episodes of lost. i really haven't been this excited since "who shot mr. burns?"

and for you sports fans. how fucking bad ass do my cincinnati bengals look. it's kinda against the rules to live in cleveland and be a bengals fan. and don't get me wrong, i've got all kinds of love for the browns. but i've liked cinci since icky woods and they are winning everything this year. count on it bucko!

i'm glad fall is here. hoodie weather is the best weather. this is my favorite time of year, and things usually go really well for me around this time. speaking of which, i'm about to fall into a little bit of extra money. i'm thinking new tattoo. i'll keep everyone posted.

So where the hell have i been??

long story short, my computer died. it was a quick, painful, spyware infected death. not needed at all. and it took forever for my buddy mike to fix everything. being that i have no computer knowledge at all, i ended up sitting around forever waiting for him to basically rip my computer apart and replace everything with parts and programs that may have been purchased by someone at sometime. but you know what, things are working around here again. as of last night i can now again be online for longer than 3 minutes before everything freezes up and there's about a million pop up ads fucking me up.

you don't realize how nice it is to be able to waste time again on this site. the shitty thing was i'd still get online almost every day and check this site. i got my timing down pretty good where i could check out the main page and maybe check to see if i had any comments. and forget doing anything that required hitting a link. flames would shoot out of the monitor.

so what's new? plenty of good. always some bad. but overall things are pretty kick ass right now. just realized that i've lost a couple friends while i was gone, and a couple fantastic SGs as well.

no more saraphine. bummer.

that lady was awesome. i had so many silly jokes with her. and her radio show was damn fine.

i've been getting damn near giddy thinking about how close new Lost episodes are. i've been patient all summer, i'm more than ready to let that show run my life again.

as mentioned above, KnifeCrazy will be rocking my fucking face off this evening. in about 2 hours actually. gotta get ready for that.

no work tomorrow, so i am really looking forward to wasting the day away on this site, try to catch up with groups and all that shit. as long as my hot computer doesn't die on me or land me in jail, i'll be around here up to my old ways again in no time.

wow. i've been the king of ignoring this website for the past two weeks. i think i've maybe spent 30 minutes on this thing in the past week and a half. sorry about that SG, i've been out having fun in the sun. actually, i've been hiding from the sun. it's been so fucking hot lately. pretty miserable.

pretty sure i set a new record for sleeping in this morning. didn't even budge until 3:30 in the afternoon. that's just ridiculous.

random friend shout out. J24U. this guy is pretty much the man. and in a totally good way. not the man that i live in fear of, but the man because he's pretty much living the dream right now. at least it seems that way. i'm very jealous of his current situation with his lady. i've told him this before, i'm in a similar situation that he was in, but he lucked out and took it to the next level with a quickness. it gives me great hope to see that it can be done. hopefully some day soon i'll be telling you all about how i'm heading to denver, or the other way around. who knows. anyway, high five J24U.

my dad came up for a visit last week. that was a good time. we got to sit around and make fun of my mom. we also got pretty involved with this world series of pop culture on VH1. damn enjoyable show. i kicked his ass, but it was still fun. went to the harborfest down in the city. looked at some big fucking boats, and then we got rained on. i also got a pretty sweet sun burn.

i've mentioned a few times my friend megan, aka partner in crime aka burner buddy aka chick that works with me. good christ the times we've been having! i honestly can't say i've ever known anyone quite as fantastic as this girl. the other night we got stoned out on the balcony, threw those little snap pop fuckers at people and animals that passed by, and ended up blowing up cupcakes with firecrackers in the middle of the street. if you don't have someone in your life that you can do this with, then my dear friends, there is a wonderful part of your life missing. there has also been smoke bombs thrown from car windows, foot high fives, coconut blunts, simpsons trivia, and enough laughing to make your face hurt. good times. there is talk of a day soon to come filled with cake baking, just so we can blow them up. have you ever seen a cake thrown off a balcony explode mid air? i haven't, but i'm hoping to very soon. i'm very glad to have megan and her explosives in my life.

and whats better? the ladies downstairs are leaving saturday for a week, and lord knows when that happens the fun is sure to start. and when they leave i also sneak downstairs and use their washing machine and dryer. next week is going to be a loud one around these parts. and i'll have more clean clothes than you can shake a stick at.
