i got security work at 2 major festivals this year.

rather happy about this, . apart from the camping end of things. . im not a lover of the great outdoors.... but the money and the craic are mighty.

so bank holiday weekend went well. ended up in galway. had a few drinks, had good food and company. i went to clifden for a day trip. pics below. all together a fun weekend. i got a wee bit burned from the sun on sunday. i should have worn sunscreen. tsk tsk.

food poisining is a bitch. i had some bad japanese food on sunday, it screwed me up for a few days. not the best way to lose weight i'm afraid.

watched a very violent movie last night. based on a true story of football hooligan carlton leach. bit disturbing. didnt sleep properly afterwards. if your a bit squimish don't watch this.

in other news i was heading to sorrento italy in the last week of may but i've changed my plans and am heading to the the canaries, witha mate who needs a holiday badly. i got it 4 free so why not help someone out. some good karma has to come out of it.

i got the majority of my results yesterday. looks like i'm ok.
si i went out celebrating last night.
watched celtic v rangers (americans can go google the bitter rivalry) celtic won 2-1. yippee.
so when i got home i drank a half bottle of this stuff, and now i have dickie stomach.

i worked saturday night. forgot how boozy and billigerent people are when drunk or coked outa their heads. i think i'm just getting older and less patient. so maybe the job isn't for me anymore. i might just stick to concerts and festivals from now on. i was ready to kill an idiot who just would not go away on saturday night. and thats not like me at all. maybe i was just tired. anyway. went to see my new niece/godchild on sunday afte 4 hours sleep. went 130 miles cross country on mostly crappy roads to get there. so here we are.
