well kids, nothing much to report this week. except my mates and me got dumped for electric picnic. they didnt want to pay us the right fee for doing the health and safety. they got guys in fgrom the uk. so thats a bummer. watching alot of movies on-line as im borted in work. very little happening. job security how are ya!
im going to see hellboy 2 this weekend. which im looking forward too.

10 years ago today, a terrible atrocity happened on this island. to date nobody has been held to blame for. the omagh bombing leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths both north and south of the border.
i just want to commemerate the event for those who lost their lives on that faithful day. rest in peace.

so it rained heavily in ireland this weekend. massive flooding. i had to get my sister her hubbie and 2 kids to the airport, with only 1 road open in and out. it was mental. i was at the dentist this morning. everything is ok. next visit before christmas.

padraig harrington an irishman one the amerivan open (golf) first european in 78 years. quite an achievement for such a small country. im very proud of the guy.

so we had a bank holiday last weekend. i did my tom waits gigs. he had his fans go through hoops to get into the gigs. you had to have photo i.d. and it had to match the name on the ticket. madness!!!!

happy birthday to frankus. hes 28 today. lucky bastard. .
so the irish economy is going down the toilet and everybody is on shaky ground. im keepin my head down and tryin to make enough to keep on going until we recover. the horror. .

in other news im working at this thursday thru sunday.
comedy festival

and i looked up my lottery tickets for the last 2 months. i won 1 x 1euro scratch ticket. 4 x 3 euro scratch card, 5 euros cash, 24euro cash, and 350 euro cash. on the last one, i had 5 out of 6 numbers, if i had got the last number i would have one 350,000. i was so so close. .
ah well at least its enough for a night out.

i had to get violent with a festivalgoer at oxgen. which depresses me. it was a hard few days work. the guy was pissed and on something, and he wouldn't go away. his friends even tried to move him. he walked away and spun around and tried to deck me, he hit me in the head, such a bad move. he ended up on the ground with me pinning him down while a colleague got the cops, who cuffed him and arrested him for assault.
today is the sixth anniversary of mt dads death. seems like yesterday too. i'll head to his grave later on this evening. miss him lots. anyways. talk later.

i know its amarican independance day. so things are quiet, but i'm gettiung ready to have a party weekend. i'm off for 2 nights. happy days/nights.

so i got really really wet at eric clapton on saturday. i was supervising the main pedestrian gate.

then i was working dolly parton on sunday, there were force 8 gales at the location so they had to put the stage back toghether on sunday afternoon when the winds died down. so she came on stage at 9. some pissed off folks at that.
i worked jay-z last night. had a blast in the arena, but my team were backstage 4 the last 3 songs, then i got to smuggle him and beyonce out to the car and away. i contemplated ginving beyonces booty a slap, but thought better of it. .
