dentists 
i hate going, but its a neccesity. all those years smoking did some damage which has only started to repair in the last year. so i guess i get to keep a full set of gnashers. so i had the appointment at 8.30 this morning. i still have an ache in my gumline afte the probing and cleaning. shudder. i'm never a wuss when im getting it done 'cos i like being macho in front of the dentist and her assistant (both female). such an ass 
. its a man thing ladies! hee hee. so here i am in work with a nice shiny smile. now where's the chocolate at?

Thatīs is the best chocolat in the whole world...even better than Belgium ones(they are delicious,but this one is the best..)
On my birthday?I will go ape.If i did not gave myself a trip to london as a gift,i will g to Bergen...or stay here...i donīt know yet...but london is 70% my idea...

ahahah it always makes me laugh to see guys afraid by the dentist. I've got awful teeth, I spent my childhood at the dentist, I really don't care.
The cake on my pic is a special almond powder flavoured cake for january the 6th (or around), call the King's cake. There is a little piece of ceramic hidden, and whom get it is the king and get a crown.
