I've just realised too, I've been off the ciggies officially for 1 year and 5 days!! See, how good is that? I'm that over it, it didn't even occur to me on the 16th that it had been a year! That'll explain why I got a DVD from the NHS through the post today then. Just reminding me they're there should I not have managed it! Wow, that's made my day!! Yay!!
