I'm going to sew some boxer briefs.
I searched for patterns and they suck, so I'm going to make my own.

So I have a question for my male friends.
How important is the escape hatch in the front? Do you actually use it?

I need to get a big table.
I don't even care if I have to keep it in the basement. I need space to stretch out if I'm going to do more sewing for myself. The tiny little coffee table isn't working.

Anyone have one of these I could have??

I've been doing a lot of sewing lately. I just finished a shirt for myself. (Please ignore the mess in the background)

Dahlia goes for surgery on Wednesday morning. 6:30am.

Yak is delicious.

Eating a Paleo diet isn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. (Ok so I'm not beating myself up over any missed steps, but I haven't really been missing steps when I can make things like Paleo Strawberry Rhubarb Pie)

I really missed going to the gym regularly.

Yeah I've become one of those people who blogs infrequently...

And the most exciting thing I have to mention? Cabbage is on sale for $0.07/lb this week. So I'm making Kraut. I even DIYed up some fermentation crocks using wide mouth mason jars. So if you need me I'll be in the kitchen chopping up and squeezing some cabbages.

Spent a significant amount of time cleaning. Kids have messed it up already.

Got to hang out with TheeContender a couple nights ago. That was pretty awesome

MDF, the girls and I flew to the West Coast for my brother's wedding.

It's 2:30am. I'm wide awake. Sometimes I hate my brain.


Also, I managed to stab myself in the thumb with a small screwdriver.
And I think I'm going to buy myself a saw. But since I can't be trusted with a screwdriver I don't know if I should be allowed a saw.
