So far this week I have put 16 resumes out into the world. YES, you read that correctly, 16 in two days. On Monday 10 went out to various Philly firms and yesterday 5 made their way (via the world wide web) to New York, and one in Philly. SOMEBODY'S gotta bite, right? In the mean time I've picked up some freelance drawing work for some graphic firm. I wish I could sustain my entire life on freelance work & painting, but alas, that is not the case. So there you go. Today I'm going to ride up to a bakery around the corner and see if they've got any part time work and work on some of these drawings.
Big ups to nyc for helping me find my motivation. again.
Tonight is the premiere of Pushing Daisies, and I'm actually looking forward to it. Since Scrubs is still MIA and Six Feet Under hasn't been on in years (and my local Blockbuster can't seem to find the last disk of season 3), hopefully this will be a delightful mix of the two. I just had a really strange deja vu moment right there. hmm.
In other news: well, there really isn't any other news I guess. My life is packed full of stuff, but not much of it seems to be blog worthy at the moment. peace out cub scouts.
