well hello again!
someone reactivated my account and I have no idea who it was.
a ton has happened since I was last on here... here are my top 5 things in order
1. Orez and I got engaged
2. I got an awesome new job working in a public (non charter) school
3. I got pregnant
4. Orez and I bought a house
5. I had my baby last week! little Sydney is my love
My life is pretty busy right now with a newborn and all but it is really awesome. It is crazy how being a mom changes your entire outlook on life. I am hoping to have some time to get on here and check out all the new changes catch up with everyone before my membership runs out again. See you all soon!

my brother is coming into town to visit this weekend... ... i am so happy... we are going to celebrate his birthday... my little brother is 23... that makes me feel old... we are going to go to cheeseburger in paradise... they have the best vegan burger ever... i am so in love with it... yummy...

I started training for school today... it was a long day... i was so tired... i wasnt able to fall asleep till about 2 in the morning and i had to get up at 6:45... ugh... i would have loved to start teaching today but training is another story... you just sit there... i mean they try to make it as interesting as they can but its just a bunch of info and not alot of activities we can do... i have training till the 14th then the kids come... my principal bought me lunch today because they didnt have any vegetarian options in the catering... isnt that so sweet... i love my principal... it will be fun this year... i will have 699 students this year and i am the only art teacher thats alot of names to remember... but i will learn them all i promise that... we may get more kids we are still enrolling but that is where we were this morning... that is insaine... i cant wait to do more claymation movies this year... that was such a fun ass project... yay... anyway i must get going... i have shit to do for training tomorrow... i will keep you all posted on how many kids we end up with... i hope we at least hit 700... that would be great and it will only take one more...

i am loving my new place... first time i have ever had air conditioning believe it or not and let me tell you it is fantastic... living with the boy is great... so nice to see him everyday and not only on wednesday and the weekends... and speaking of wednesday a new season of project runway started this week... you all have no idea how excited i was that i didnt have to wait a full year again for another season... i am so rooting for the tattooed guy fo sure... have been really busy getting the place together... the first week i had jimy to help since he took vacation but then after that it was all me... the place is almost totally put together and has been that way for a week or so... my studio needs to be set up and then everything is totally where it belongs... that is fantastic... i am so happy... never got a call back from the interview i had and i am fine with that... no matter how hard the school i am at is to work at i still love the people i work with and the kids... it will be another long year but i will make it and every year it gets easier...

you want to hear about the awesome place do you... i know you do... so three bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom... newly remodeled in the last year i might add with a comfortable ass tub... living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs... kitchen remodeled in the last year as well with dishwasher, new counters, and new gas stove... cooking on gas is awesome... new hardwood floors throughout and full basement... nicely finished unfinished basement if that makes sence... floor and walls are nicely painted, nice lighting, and it looks put toghether and clean not like all the other scary basements i have had in the past... and thank god the celing in the basement is regular height also unlike past basements where i was the only one who could stand upright... mikey you so know what i am talking about there is a utility sink in the basement and i dont know why but i totally love that... we have a washer and dryer which i am so loving... no more laundry mats or lugging shit to jimy's since my place is his... we have the best neighbors ever... we spend every weekend night chilling on one of our front porchs drinking (well not me but everyone else) and just shooting the shit... the neighbors were already really close friends and hung out together and they just included us right into their little group... i love the area... 1/2 mile from the wonderful kirsten formally known as burnbright... 1/2 mile from DQ... across the street from studio 35 (awesome movie theater where you can order pizza, drink beer, and see cool indie flicks)... across from a convenient store and also an amazing pizza shop with really cheap and great pizza... so life is going really well right now... ask me if it is still great in 18 days when school is back in session... can you believe it i just started summer break and it is almost over... damn 6 week break...

that is alot of bullshit i just wrote so congrats to all who make it through it all... kisses

also here is a picture i made on hand made paper titled cat tails... it was my first picture to ever win an award... it won 2nd place in 2-D in a juried show '98 (you only see 2 of the three panals but i dont feel like resizing it again so if you want to see the whole thing go to my photobucket page)
