I went to Little Rock today and my first stop was Harley-Davidson shop to pick up some parts for the shop. We (My friends Dan, Teri and I) got there without much fanfare, but we did do some speeding........can't blame us.....it was hot and the faster you go the cooler it seems to be!!! 
On the way there I kept hearing some sort on sound.......can't really describe it.......but couldn't find anything wrong.
As we were leaving Danny noticed my rear tire.......the metal radials were showing through the rubber!!!
I check with the Harley shop to see if they carried my size......NO!!! So I had to go to this other shop known as Rodney's Cycle House.......should be known as Rodney's House of Pain!!! 
It cost me $335 to buy a tire and have it mounted. I just ordered a tire (will be here Tuesday) and would have mounted it myself.........total cost $164!!! But when you are away from home almost 100 miles.........you have to pay the piper in order to get home!!! 
I did stop by the Triumph after I got my tire replaced. They didn't have the bike I looked at, but they did have a black one in their warehouse. It is about $15000+, and they said they would try and hold on to it for me until September, but if someone comes in really wanting one......they will sell it! I don't blame them one bit (That is capitalism)......I can always find one somewhere else or have them order me another one. We will see how all this goes down in the near future!!! I like the black, but the tribal is kind of cool! If I want the tribal put on the black one their price is $2500!!! (Cough!!!) I know enough painters that will give me a better price and make it one of a kind!!! I am still feeling kinda jazzed about it.......for me it's like getting a new girlfriend......a British girlfriend with big Jugs!!!

On the way home it rained so hard I got soaked!!! Felt like little pebbles hitting my face and with so much water I could hardly see.........Living life on the edge!!!

There was this one really cute salesgirl at the Triumph shop......she had really short hair and I am not one for short hair, but she really caught my attention.......to bad I am old enough to be her father!!!
