I've never been good at the whole dating thing. I don't get to meet very many people, let alone women, in my day to day so I use Tinder, POF, etc.
Still I've had very little success. I'm not lonely, I'm quite comfortable being single, but I'm 30 now and I feel like I've got a lot to offer someone. It sounds cheesy, but I've got a lot of heart (right now investing in my nephew and God kids and friends), but I'd like someone in my life that's mine, if that makes since."
I recently met a girl on Tinder and we seemed to hit it off, she gave me her number and we met for coffee once. I thought it went well, she even beat me to the punch with the whole "I had a great time, let's meet again," thing. She even informed me of her schedule so, implying (so I thought) that she wanted to meet again ASAP. It was around the holidays and I knew she was going to Louisville (We both live in Indy) to be with family. I texted her on the day she said she'd be back, but receive a response until the next day. I didn't think too much about this as she has delayed before and, you know, stuff happens.
When she did text, she apologized for the delay and said she probably wouldn't be back in town until the next week.
So the next week I called her- not a huge fan of text- and left a message, no response. Waited a day or two, then texted again. Her reply was (and I'm paraphrasing) "Shit, sorry I've been MIA, family stuff. I'll let you know when I'm free."
I've texted twice since then but haven't heard back.
It's now been 3 plus weeks.
Do I move along, or try contacting her again?
