Went to Detroit for first time. Did not like it, but liked Ann Arbor, feels like Northampton or a Cambridge MA
Love DC, Chicago, San Francisco and San Diego. Can take or leave Boston, but looove exploring NYC. San Antonio is nice in deepest winter. Miss the old hominess of New Orleans.
Prefer southern people, its not that most of us are more polite, its just that most of us know how we can politely and firmly say no and make it clear that we mean "no" without being abusive or mean. And well, then there's southern cooking - uuuuuhhhhmmmm.
