Seek chance to get back on feet, w/ paying rent & voluntary work;
Hello people of LA. My name is Jeff Morris. Can you help me? Can we help each other, me paying rent and performing some on-site voluntary household work?
If you can't, do you know anyone? I've been trying for some time to network online and in the field amidst my housing transition. I use to have a successful and positive housing situation and had a life, paying my rent on time, and performing various voluntary household cleaning and maintaining clean duties and task's, being an exhibited asset per fellow tenant's, and community/neighborhood (as a whole) as a fellow local area resident.
I have my own, little successful (3) year sole proprietorship business - "Freelance Casual & General Labor Services", with (3) year's of successful and satisfied clientele, with doing work labor gig's, which I very much want and look forward to getting back to, once I can secure housing. Aand for which I have other largely verifiable monthly income. I also have reference's, work history, Class driver's license (but no car; I use "MTA"/"Metro" for communting.
I can do voluntary household duties and task's (work), have a 'can - do' attitude, and just want to secure sane, normal and safe rental housing for myself with someone on the real, easy going in a safe and clean community/neighborhood, and want to get back to successfully functioning as I previously was, running my business, and living a normal sane home life again.
I'm a client of a postive housing program, in which you get all the rent and there's just an annual inspection. I have a housing rental financial approved amount of $932 a month for up to (1) bedroom apt, which under program, I must live in rental unit alone and which must be pre-inspected by local LA housing authority; it's all good.
I pay 30 percent ($262.00 a month) of my monthly income of $878.00, and my share of monthly rent: ($262.00) from say, monthly rent of $932.00 (=) $670.00 which will be paid from local LA housing authority, thus, you get all the rent and there's just an annual inspection, and again, it's all good. Simple, sound and with my (above) mentioning of performing various voluntary household cleaning and maintaining clean duties and task's, my share of $262.00 and local LA housing authority's share of $670.00 (=) $932.00, it can be a win-win for you, myself and (?) via my various voluntary household cleaning and maintaining clean duties and task's exhibitable by either fellow tenant's/resident's and/or community/neighborhood (as a whole).
Almost any LA 'city limits' community/neighborhood is acceptable via local LA housing authority, but I request and will desire that rental be located north of Wilshire Blvd and East of Downtown LA, so that makes available Valley, West LA, maybe a couple South Bay area's.
My housing authority "All-Star Support Team" Associate Member's are: Phyllis Green, (213 - email and ask,) and Sonya Mutsalklisana, (213 - email and ask,) if you should have any general question's about housing program. Also, a seperate, individual "All-Star Support Team" Associate Member of mine (for character reference) is Kimberly Feaster, (213 - email and ask). Kimberly's associating organization, via "All-Star Support Team" Associate Member: Victoria Onwualu (Program Director), (213 - email and ask,) has been kind enough (this one time only) to permit and approve, once rental housing has been found, pre-inspected and documentation has been turned into Sonya Mutsalklisana, to assist me with the rental move - in cost's of a rental, via a loan agreement with her organization and I would reimburse them back over scheduled time period.
I have been trying to get back on my feet, and get through this difficult housing transition for month's now with housing research and networking online and in the field, which to say the least, has not been easy, very tiring, but I have been trying to stay focused and keep moving forward. I just want a safe, normal and sane housing - home living life again, as I had (12/2004 - 09/20/08). My mini home office and other belonging's are in 5 x 10 storage unit which I maintain. I exhibit business and professional attitude, detail oriented and take pride in the work that I am given, but I am quick about it, thus, I get the job done right the first time. TASKS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Light industrial, Forklift Certified, Operated powered and non powered Pallet Jacks, UPS on-line, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory and Rotating Stock, Re-Stocking, Loading and Unloading vehicles, Entry Level General Office (filing, phones, misc.) and Customer Service, as well as Entry Level Graphic Web Design, computer / PC project's using Windows 95 / 98 / XP / (Microsoft Word, Internet, email), and Basic / Elementary Spanish and American Sign Language. As well as odd job's: housecleaning, mover's assistant / helper, minimal yard work, minimal laundry, washing (dishes / vehicles), groundskeeping, janitorial. I've also done TV / Film background scene work as well as interned on various student and independent low - budget film / video production projects, performing various production department assisting, such as craft service's and boom operator.

ADDITIONAL (on me): I care about and am deeply passionate with progressive growth, teamwork (if needed) and exhibit professional / business - oriented attitude, as well as have a deep passion and utmost respect for business and customer service, as well as customer satisfaction.
I got over (3) year's of satisfied clientele; (some needing one-time service, while other's - periodic/occasional service). And whether housecleaning, which has seemed to be my most requested, though I do as well tasks' such as (cleaning out garage of ? & moving out to curb for city to pick-up), mover's helper's (loading/unloading of moving truck);
I do whatever reasonably in undertaking, carrying-out, following-thru &/or completing. AND I always seek to go extra mile my clientele; not because of given compensation, but because I expect myself to over-exceed clientele's expectation's.
