I slacked off and haven't posted a fresh blog lately. So here's what's up.
I feel AWESOME. Since starting my diet, sometime around the beginning of the month, I've lost between 8 and 10 pounds. My diet and hydration levels have changed considerably, and I didn't really get a good weigh in on the first day. But my best estimate was I was 234 at some point on the 5th, and I was 224 this morning.
I'm drinking 3 -4 liters of ice water a day, and it's incredible. Proper hydration makes everything better. I'm sweating more, feeling hungry less, and haven't had a hangover since starting my diet.
Let me touch on exercise a little. I'm doing it a LOT. I'm easily at the gym 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternating between weights on even numbered days and cardio on odd numbered days. 1,000 calorie cardio days are the norm now, getting there a little quicker each time though. May jump to 1,500 calorie cardio days in a week. I figure that once I make it to 1,000 in less than an hour I'll bump up my goal. Took me 1:15 yesterday, but I started out mad slow, 28 minutes on the elliptical at a poor 700 C/hr.
