Today I recieved confirmation that my UK visa has been approved. I have been wating for this for such a long time and the one time that I wasn't searching for it it popped up, right there in my inbox! Isn't it amazing that when you stop looking or asking for something it just happens. Maybe the universe doesn't respond well to nagging and begging. Maybe you just have to want something, ask for it and leave it at that. get on with everyday life and it will just come!
I am so very scared about leaving such a comfortable environment that I have now. But I know that it is the challenge I need. What is a life lived in a comfortable box? Not life at all, but existing and never really living.
I have been revisiting all my old friends today. Moureen, Mimi and Roger, Moritz and Ilse, Jamie and Cathy, Susan and Hedi and even a little bit of Berger. I love my musicals but since I haven't been involved in one for awhile I have not felt like sitting down listening to them. For one; they make me sad not to be doing one and I know that I will not be doing any for quite sometime. and two; you really have to be in the mood to fully imerse yourself in the music. When done properlly you end up staging a mini musical in your bedroom and have tears streaming down your cheeks as you sing the finale.

Sometimes I just ache so much to be on stage, that even when I see other productions I cry, no matter what the show, just because I want to be up there so badly.

Looks like you have a good time, I'm sure you'll be right at home in the UK in no time. 
Although comfort can be a bit under-rated (coming from an old geezer).
Appletini's and scrubs = a drinking game, but the pommegranite one's are amazing.
