I was in bed most of the weekend with food poisoning, that is some serious pain when it twists your guts, I've never felt anything like that. Makes me have new respect for the ladies for enduring pain like that every month.

Work has gotten better even though the AC still sucks, we are being invaded by gnats and crickets now as well.

Im so sorry to hear about the poisoning!! I had it for the first time hardcore tis summer as well- fever and everything- I hope you have something good to watch, someone to take care of you and hold the barf bag.. and something tasty to eat and drink that stays down.....
