Yeah, so I'm sitting at my desk today and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, my esophagus unilaterally tried to throw itself out the front side of my mouth to the point that I couldn't fucking breathe. Bean and cheese burrito lunch or mild heart attack?? I'm way too stressed out right now from work.

oooh, no bueno. yes, do take care of yourself. and maybe try some deep breathing and maybe a doctor. really would not be good if it had been a mild heart attack. best to know for sure I would think. hope things get lighter for you.
