There are pros and cons. I wish it were easier to find certain things but overall I am excited about the changes.

I just downloaded season one of "The Office" today off of Itunes.

Watching Steve Carrell as the bumbling office manager is cringe-o-riffic!

So after a really stressful fall I just got back from an annual trip to Mexico In many ways it was a great time because I got to reconnect with really important people in my life, I was able to indulge in some romance and I met some truly amazing new people.

The difficult thing now, however, is that I am back home. And home is 500 miles away from where I want to be geographically, culturally and personally. I really need to move and get a going with this whole new life thing that I have been putting off for far to long.

On that note, I just found out a good friend is getting married. I was truly shpcked because I did not imagine her getting married for quite some time and her announcement came as a bit of a surprise. I am happy for her and I know the man she is with must be amazing. The tough part of this whole thing is that her revelation made my life feel that much more static.. Ugh, how crap is that huh? Of course, I don't want to diminish her happiness so y'all are the only ones privy to that information.

I'm back. Sort of.

So here I am in Texas. My dad just died. Complete bummer. I knew he was in the hospital. I had just seen him in October. He really was not a healhy man. But seriously, DEAD?!?! I mean we all thought that he was going to recover just fine and then he suddently died. Tuesday, November 22nd.

So it has been a bit of a rough time, I am here helping my mom make all sorts of BIG LIFE AFFECTING DECISIONS. It is somewhwat difficult. SO, this why I haven't been on SG near as much.

I hope you all are well and I will definitely reply to y'all when I get some time. Take care.

So today I was listening to NPR and they had a review of the new Disney movie Chicken Little.

Anyhoo, at the end of the review, the commentator said:

"First Chicken Little tells everyone that the sky is falling and it doesn't. Then his whole species comes down with a deadly flu. What a terrible time to be poultry!"

HA HA HA! Man I love nerdy fun.
