Holy Hell, will you look at that? Here I am, updating twice before a month's run out.

Keeping two distinctly different blogs is a bit much for me; as I've said before, I'm writing mostly on the ol' MySpace now. So I don't predict that I'll write here as I used to; the guard's done changed, if you know what I mean. But I figure the least I can do is to update ever so often, remind y'all that I'm alive, and what have you.

I'm currently wrestling with the university- or rather, the administrative tentacles thereof- over my status as a resident for tuition purposes. See, there's a difference of $5000/semester between in-state and out-of-state tuition. Guess whose meager finances and squalid existence can't afford the latter? Plus, I've been living in this here fine fucking state for nigh on two years, now. I got all my documentation, identification, insurance, taxes, and t'who-laid-th'rail in this state. So I ought to be a "resident", you'd think. Right? Well. I've been denied residency, and have appealed that decision- I expect to find out today whether or not I'll be able to return to graduate school.

Well, we'll see. When they denied me initially, they'd lost the tax documents that were supposed to supliment my application; they're in there, now, for the appeal. So here's hopin' it makes a difference. Otherwise, things ain't lookin' too bright-like around here, see?

was wondering what happened to you.

the tuition thing does suck. i am planning on heading back to school.......cant wait to deal with all that paperwork......lol

Well...let's see...Imma start back a ways because i don't know if you were around for any of it.

First off i had a major mental breakdown and was off work for close to three months, my grandfather who i was very close to died of pancreatic cancer, and when all was said and done I came out the other side a little better and a little worse. I spent an entire year paying off the debt for the doctors needed to get me back to somewhat sane and also close to $800 in taxes that for some odd reason my job didn't take out of my paycheck for a year. Then when all was getting better i started having debilitating panic attacks that basically reduce me to a stuttering twitching funtimes. That was last year....

This year the panic attacks have lessened by ten fold all with no meds...which i'm quite happy about. I managed to fall deep in love with a girl who lives 5000 miles away from me and we had a great long distance relationship up to about a month and a half ago. When we broke up....no hard feelings though...she is the only person i've dated that i don't have a bad thing to say about....not a bad thing at all. The distance was the problem.

oh oh...also I don't know if you noticed but I've moved out of my parents house and in the city i've wanted to live in for a long time. I work in a local meat department of a grocery store and soon will be making enought to start back into college. It will take a year...and probably more headaches than you have been through...but i don't intend on getting out of it until I have a Masters Degree. What am i going to study you ask? Graphic Design and probably a minor in photography. I do aspire to be an SG photographer and already have quite a few girls wanting me to shoot their sets.

Things are generally good right now...except for the depression that is still kicking my ass....very soon my health insurance will kick back in and i'll be able to get some help on that front though. So hopefully that will go away very soon.

I'm sorry about the college stuffs...it sucks...but you are a feisty hellmonster. I have all the faith in the world that you will end up finally return to graduate school...hopefully sooner than later.

Hey, seems like I'm not the only one with a mysterious 3 month GIFFFF account. I thought I'd look you up since I haven't been on the site in 4 or so years.

I'm guessing you never returned to New Orleans, I moved back in November. I think I'll hit Snake and Jake's for shits and giggles next weekend.
