Hey there!
Long time no write, I am a very bad blogger. Here's a little run down of my life of late.
1. I got a boyfriend! Then I got dumped, two weeks in. Reason cited for such dumping? "Too much sex". Have you ever heard something so tragic and/or ridiculous? I'm 22, we've just got together, I like sex, add it all up, it equals lots of sex, and I didn't hear him complaining at the time. I've spoken to a few male friends about this and they found it hysterical and they all think he must be gay. I was insulted that he thought I didn't want anything but sex from our relationship. I suggested we continue seeing each other but we just cool it down and get to know each other better, but he wasn't interested. Lame.
2. As a result of this total rejection, which has made me feel really really awful about myself, I've booked myself a little weekend break at the end of March. I'm going home! Salzburg! I've missed it so much. I'm going alone, which I think it kinda nice. I'll have plenty of time for nice strolls by the river, lot of delicious cake-eating, picture taking, visiting the ice caves, walking up Untersberg, practicing mein Deutsch and most importantly, laying a few ghosts to rest. I am so giddily exciting about getting on a plane again!
3. I've decided to stay in Leicester for the foreseeable future. I really like it here, and the MA course at Uni seems absolutely amazing.
4. I can't think of anything else. Except to say everything in my life is pretty peachy, minus the boy thing. What an utter loser.

I did a bit of a Mary pose the other day, thought you might like to see it! In other news, I no longer have dreads, they were as itchy as hell and I felt really really grubby. Plus, my boys ex girlfriend called me 'a fucking hippy' and that pissed me off considerably, as has everyone going oh do you have any dope? DUH! NO!

It's the cute guy I gave my number to at work! He came in last week and said sorry for cancelling on me, but he was a little nervous and felt like he didn't really know me then (we've been chatting on msn and texting each other since we met). Oh. My. God. He is brutally cute. Excitement!
