I've been having an awesome day.

I started my training as a teaching assistant today and it was incredibly fun. It was great to just to hang out with intelligent people again after months of not being around anyone but my immature flatmates. Then as I was on my way home I cant a phone call about a job in a lab I had applied for and they are giving me an interview for several positions. When I told them about the possibility I might be working as a TA they said that was awesome and if wanted they would try to work around it if I wanted to do that as well as work for them. What's great about this is both jobs are short term contract and I will finish just in time for the next hiring period over in Australia so my plans to move may be delayed several months but when I do go now I will have some decent experience and something awesome to put on my CV.
