Im going to have a sunday rant about politics.
In the UK as some of you non Brits may not know we have a very dull, aged and uninspiring group of politicians to contend with. There is no glamour of a live televised debate or the excitement of a presedential primary. Its a simple vote. The three main parties to choose from are Labour, Liberal Democrats and the Conservative party. Now, I`ve always been swayed by the first two in that list, but over the last couple of months I have been seriously impressed by David Cameron, the leader of the Conservative`s. I made a point of witnessing all of the above parties annual confrences and can honestly say that the stand out party was that of Cameron`s. Labour are its own worst enemy at the moment, imploding from party in fighting and backstabbing, Nick Clegg of the Lib Dems has about as much charisma as an actual piece of steaming shit. His policies are built on unattainable targets and goals. They are without doubt a bandwagon party. Anything that is poplular they hitch a ride. Cameron for me is worth a shot, he is a family man with family issues close to his heart. He recently lost his young disabled son, so he seems more real to me for some reason. He applauds the NHS for the care they provided while his son was alive. Education is a top target for him also due to his other young children about to go through our constantly failing education system,. So come next year when its time to vote unless the two parties that i normally vote for have a massive overhaul of staff and realist ideals I for once will be dipping my toe in the pond of the Conservative. Lord only knows it cant get any worse than it is already.!

And I just noticed your only 23. And considering voting conservative. Good for you! Most of the young people in this country are Democrats. They all believe everything should be handed to them. They almost act is if work is a four letter word.
