I've been thinking about how I hate change...
and I started thinking about that moth.
It undergoes one of the most awesome changes ever.
It changes from a weak, squishy caterpillar...
into a majestic beautiful creature.
Why am I so afraid of change? Change is good.
Apparently the new General Manager starts tomorrow at the Inn.
That news baffled the shit out of me...
A GM? Then what the fuck have Tim and I been doing all this time?
Am I typing up all this paperwork and ideas just to have someone come in and steal them?
I don't even want any real power either. I'd settle for a small raise and the title of book keeper.
Hell, in this "management split" scheme that Tim cooked up, I'm basically just the book keeper anyway, only if someone calls out and we can't find covers, I have to go in.
Riiiiiiight...
Tim gets control of the staff, ability to discipline staff, and all that jazz, while I get paperwork.
With the ne GM, I'm going to assume they aren't going to need or want two "assistant" managers.
I really do hate it when life gets confusing.
