I bought a bike for the first time in over 15 years.
It's a Kona Dew Plus.
Its the first bike I've ridden with disc brake and I love them so far.
My pedals are lower to the ground than I'm used to, which means I have to stop trying to pedal through tight turns.
I've been comuting to and from work and running errands on it.
Every ride I go on seems to be about 2 miles, so nothing big yet, but I can feel it getting easier already.
I forgot how much fun a bike can be.

Oh yeah, I bout some goat at the farmers market, I think I'm going to make jerked goat and fried plantains some time this week.

she and her friends were awesome.
it kind of blows that she lives in Alaska and her friends are moving to New York
went to some new bars in town that I haven't been to yet.

I'm all moved in now.
I started work.
Getting new tools and supplies very soon.
It shouldn't be long until I feel really comfortable with y new set up at the shop.
Living with Christina is wonderful so far.
We totally kick ass at moving in together.
I keep get good news on top of good news.
I'll update later this week with details.

I'm in Lincoln, Nebraska now.
The move was long.
I'm still unpacking.
I'm sore and tired.
I think I start work next week.
I will update once I have a computer running in the house or work (neither as of now).

I move 1 week from today. I'm done working at Krannert. Here is the last thing I built. It's an 8 foot version of a 9 foot skiff. I built off of some rough sketches and rough numbers (which I had to correct and scale to 8/9).

Lincoln in 2 weeks. I've been talking with my new boss at Iron Brush lately. It seems like we are on the same page.
I hate packing to move. I have 10 boxes of kitchen shit. 10 boxes of CD DVD / books. I figure about another 10 for clotthing..

I move to Lincoln Nebraska in 21 days. I'm very excited, but still really weirded out by the move.
At the other job, I'm building a boat. I put the bottom in it today.
I am using a computer that I built. The Roommate helped me install windows, but we both had to do some thinking for a little bit.

I'm in London still.
But now I'm engaged.
Seeing lots of cool stuff.
Having a blast.
I tattooed myself at Stonehenge today.
What a rush.
That place has some wicked cool energy.

I leave for England today. I won't be back until the 3rd of May. I move to Lincoln one month after that.

I saw Adam for the last time in awhile last night. He moves to Ann Arbor on Monday to join Jen. I miss them both so much already.

What a weird week:
I've watched 2 of my best friends pack up thir lives and give away everything they don't need. Adam and Jen are moving to Ann Arbor. Adam will tattoo at Name Brand with Jeff Zuck and Jen will be tattooing and Spiral (guest spot for now). I love the 2 of them very much. I'm excited fgor them, but I'm really going to miss them. I had to say good by to Jen because she leaves in the morning. Adam leaves next week.

I am moving to Lincoln, Nebraska to be with my girlfriend on June 1st. I'll be piercing at Iron Brush Tattoo, I'm excited for the new chapter in my life, but I'm very upset that it has to involve moving away from the greatest group of people I've ever had the pleasure of being friends with and work with.

In happy news, I got (most) of the outline on me left side done on Tuesday. The flames and pheonix head need to be done still.
