Had a very interesting discussion with a Bio Chemist the other weekend...
He explained how Margarine was made and that most margarine's are only 1 chemical chain different then the insulation plastic used to coat copper wiring...
I have now switched back to butter... and the taste is amazinging different to what i've been having for the past 30+ years that i can recall of using margarine from at home and to when i moved out... not only is butter way better for you, i'm lining the pockets of our farmers and not some corporate giant with a patent and a chemistry set and a factory producing waste from it processes...
( even though cows are the largest contributer to green house gas emmisions, meat stinks... ask K.D. Lang )
